In JUMBO PROFESSIONAL we shifted the ratio towards a higher protein percentage. While providing 52 grams of high-quality protein (more than JUMBO), the serving size is smaller: 162 grams. This obviously means that the carbohydrate and caloric yield of the formula is lower, because it’s unnecessary to take in higher amounts for those people that fall under the specific body and activity types we had in mind when designing this product.

JUMBO PROFESSIONAL is designed with whey protein. Dietary proteins are the source of nitrogen and indispensable amino acids, which the body requires for tissue growth and maintenance. Therefore, JUMBO PROFESSIONAL contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.* Whey protein from milk is a so-called complete protein, because it provides the body with all necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids (i.e. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine) that are considered essential for life, because the body cannot synthesize them.

Determination of the nutritional efficiency of protein in the diet is in most cases based on estimating the extent to which dietary protein nitrogen is absorbed and retained by the body and is able to balance daily nitrogen losses. Net Protein Utilisation (NPU) is the percentage of ingested nitrogen that is retained in the body, and the Biological Value (BV) gives the percentage of absorbed nitrogen that is retained. Biological Value is the product of NPU and digestibility. Whey protein has good digestibility and amino acid composition, thus it’s Biological Value is great compared to other dietary protein sources like meat, fish, eggs or soy.

JUMBO PROFESSIONAL still features the “6-CARB” carbohydrate blend that includes oat flour, Palatinose™ and native waxy maize food starch.

You are not very skinny so I suggest that you should use MYOMAX HARDCORE as muscle gainer. You may add a pre-workout formula (like Hot Blood 2.0), some more Glutamine (G-Bomb 2.0 or L-Glutamine) and a whey protein formula (like 100% Whey Protein Professional) to your supplement program.

which one is better mass gainer jumbo or jumbo professional and why?,iam 21yrs old 64kg and 5"10,i want to increase my weight by atleast 10kg or more...?

JUMBO is designed for the real hardgainers (the skinny guys) while JUMBO PROFESSIONAL is for the people who have more athletic bodytype and somewhat faster metabolism or are at a more advanced level of muscular development. I suggest that you should start with JUMBO and after a few months change to JUMBO PROFESSIONAL.

If you train in the morning I suggest that you should take half serving JUMBO PROF before training and another half serving right after training. Take your G-BOMB 2.0 drink during training. Consume one or two servings of 100% WPP during the day (afternoon - evening).

Hi,
according to the information you gave Jumbo Pro is enough for 10-40 servings , and in mass gainer stack there is 3 servings per day ,so we will run out of jumbo sooner than other supplement , so how is that possible to have a complete stack for a month?
Or there is kind of mis understanding?

In recommended stacks there are no quantities. The exact quantities you'll need should be calculated by yourself. It may differ among people. In your case you need buy some more Jumbo Prof.

hi I am 180cm , 71kg, age 25, lean with good athletic body and low fat body percentage. Recommended dosage? Jumbo, Jumbo professional or just the normal whey protein isolate?

What is your goal? Gaining weight? Gaining lean muscles? Maintaning your current shape? If your goal is gaining weight I recommend JUMBO PROFESSIONAL! One full serving per day preferably right after training. If your goal is gaining lean muscles MYOMAX HARDCORE would be a better choice for you.

As there 6.6gr of creatine in one serving of jumbo pro, should i keep taking my creatine beside or is it enough and effective only to get those 6.6gr everty day?

It depends on your bodyweight. If you are a big guy I suggest that you should take additional 3-5 grams on a daily basis (beside the amount you get from JUMBO).

Hi, i was wondering if this protein is derived from milk only, or also from cow blood, since it has bovine serum albumin etc.

Bovine serum albumin (BSA) gets its name from the Latin name for whey: serum lactis. Bovine serum albumin is a naturally occurring minor protein/peptide found in whey protein, and therefore, in cow's milk as well. Simply put, bovine serum albumin is a milk protein. All of the protein content of JUMBO is derived from milk.

Both are good. The MyoMax line provides more extra ingredients than Jumbo line. But they are more expensive. If you are a beginner hardgainer start with Jumbo or Jumbo Prof and later use MyoMax.

Yes, it is safe but your diet should be based on quality solid food. Half serving of Jumbo right after training would be enough for you.

is it advisable to have jumbo professional 2 scoops 1-2 hours before workout and full serving (3.5 scoops) just after workouts? that's is how I have it....please advise.

A question regarding Jumbo professional.
I've went through one 3kg tub and felt a little increase in size on my arms and shoulders as well as a little increase in weight.
I'm just waiting on delivery of a larger tub. Can I take two servings a day, work and rest days? I've got the time to dedicate to weight gain and muscle increase at the moment as I'm a student.

The daily dosage of Jumbo Prof (and every other supplements) depends on several factors: bodyweight, height, bodytype, diet, training program, dialy activity level (beside training), etc. You didn't share any of these with us so we cannot give prudent advice about increasing or not the daily intake of Jumbo Prof.

Just wondering, i workout 3 times a week. do i still have a full serving (3 1/3 scoops ) during my rest days ? if so when is the best time to take them on a rest day ?

You may drink half serving before training and half serving after training. Or half serving right after waking up and half serving right after training.
