3000 MG PER SERVING
Taurine occurs naturally in foods of animal origin, but it is practically absent from foods of plant origin. Therefore Taurine levels can be lower in vegans than in a group on a standard mixed diet. It is clear that Taurine is a very important organic acid involved in a large number of metabolic processes in the body. Many people are aware that Taurine is regularly used as an ingredient in energy drinks.
